Start summer with this great BBQ chicken recipe and give your friends and family something they will love.

Ingredients:

4 (6-ounce) Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts

Rub:

5 tsp Sweet Paprika
4 tsp Brown Sugar
3 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Basting Liquid:

2 tbsp Extra-Virgin Olive Oil or Melted Unsalted Butter
1 tsp BBQ Smoke Seasoning (ie. Hickory Liquid Smoke)

Directions:

1. Mix together rub ingredients in a bowl. Be sure to break up lumps of brown sugar. Extra rub can be saved in a sealed jar for several weeks.

2. Whisk together oil and smoke seasoning in a small bowl to make your basting liquid.

3. Sprinkle rub over chicken breasts on both sides. Use your fingers to rub the mixture into the meat. Cover with foil and place in the fridge for 20 minutes.

4. Place chicken breasts on hot grill in a diagonal direction and cook 4 to 6 minutes per side, or until browned and internal temperature of 160° is reached. Begin basting after first 12 minutes of cooking, and baste several times until finished.
