Summer is fantastic for berries to be in season. This easy to make crumble will be a favorite with your friends and family, and makes the perfect summer dessert.


Berry Filling

2 cups Blueberries*
2 cups Blackberries*
2 cups Raspberries*
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 tspn Cinnamon

*Use any combination of berries to reach the 6 cups needed.

Crisp Topping

1 cup Rolled Oats
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) Cold Unsalted Butter, cut into small pieces


1. Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 9-inch pie plate.

2. In a bowl, gently combine your berries, sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Be careful not to break your berries. Place in pie plate.

3. In a bowl, combine oats, flour, brown and white sugar, and salt. Mix in cold butter until a coarse mixture is created. Sprinkle over berries.

4. Bake until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown, about 1 hour.

5. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
