Absolute Energy Juice Recipe

Give your day a boost first thing in the morning with this easy to make and tasty energy juice. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 cup Strawberries (chopped)
1/2 a frozen Banana (sliced)
1 1/2 cups of Parsley (1 bunch)
1 cup Coconut Milk*
1 teaspoon Honey or Agave Syrup

Directions:

Place ingredients in blender 1 at a time and blend until you’ve reached desired juice consistency. For freshest taste and most nutrients, drink immediately or store in a tightly closed container for up to 24-hours.

*For a lower calorie option substitute coconut milk with organic soy milk for a total of 312 calories.
