6 cups Water
2 lbs Butternut Pumpkin, diced
2 medium Potatoes, diced
3 cloves Garlic
2 cubes Vegetable Stock
300ml Cooking Cream
1. Bring water to boil and add pumpkin, potato, garlic, and stock cubes. Simmer until vegetables become tender.
2. Remove broth and vegetables from pot, place in blender and blend until smooth.
3. Return soup to pot on stove, stir in cream and gently heat until ready to serve.
