1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Butter, softened
2 cups Apples, peeled and diced
2 cups Pears, peeled and diced
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 cup Sliced Almonds (optional)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Add all topping ingredients in a bowl and mix well until crumbly.
3. In a second bowl combine apples, pears, brown sugar, and cinnamon and mix.
4. Spread apple and pear mixture into a 9×9 inch pan, cover with topping mixture. Sprinkle with almonds if desired.
5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven, let cool, and enjoy!
