4 large Eggs
2 Spring Onions, chopped
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread

1. In a medium sized bowl mix together eggs, spring onions, salt, pepper, and half tablespoon of oil.
2. Pour eggs into oiled (half tablespoon vegetable oil) frying pan on medium heat and stir until fully cooked.
3. Toast bread in toaster to desired texture and slice fruit.
4. Place eggs on 2 plates, add 1 slice of toast and half of sliced fruit and serve with Heart Smart Morning Juice.
