6 whole Chicken Breasts, boneless/skinless, halved
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 cup Dried Bread Crumbs
2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Dried Basil Leaves
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1. Lightly grease a 9×13 inc baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, mix together olive oil and minced garlic. In a 2nd bowl, mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and black pepper.
3. Dip chicken pieces in oil mixture and then in bread crumbs, fully coating each piece.
4. Place all chicken pieces in greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
