Spicy and Tangy Tuna Salad Recipe

If you’re looking for a quick lunch recipe that comes with a little kick, this sandwich is going to be great for you!

Ingredients:

1 can Chunk Light Tuna, in water
1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt, fat-free
1 Celery Rib, finely chopped
1 Green Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
4 sliced Whole Grain of Gluten-Free Bread
Assorted Mixed Greens

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients, except tuna, to a small bowl and mix until well blended and combined.

2. Drain water from can and add tuna to bowl. Stir well to fully mix.

3. Spread tuna salad on 1 slice of bread and add mixed greens. Top with second slice of bread. Repeat with second sandwich and serve.
