Easy Vegan Hot Chocolate Recipe

Enjoy the holiday season with this chocolatey vegan treat at home. Make as a treat for friends and family, and enjoy together!

Ingredients:

1 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
1 1/2 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate, dairy-free
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp Raw Sugar
1 dash of Peppermint Extract to taste, optional

Directions:

1. Heat almond milk in a saucepan over medium heat.

2. Add chocolate, sugar, and cocoa powder to heated almond milk and whisk to combine. Pour into saucepan and cook to desired drinking temperature.

3. Add peppermint extract to taste, start with 1 drop and add as preferred.
