• 2 large Sweet Potatoes, cut into wedges
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 tbsp Chili Powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin
• 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1/4 tsp Cayenne
1). Preheat oven to 425ºF.
2). Cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Take care to cut pieces as equal in size as possible for better results.
3). In a medium bowl, toss sweet potato wedges in olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and cayenne. Toss until evenly coated.
4). Place sweet potato wedges on baking sheet, evenly spaced, and roast for 30 minutes. Turning once.
5). Remove from oven and serve.
