1 1/2 tbsp Red Onion, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1/8 tsp Salt
1 clove of Garlic
1 Ripe Avocado, peeled
1 tbsp Cilantro Leaves
1/2 Small Jalapeño Pepper (if you like things spicy)
1. Place red onion, lime juice, salt, garlic, and jalapeño (if desired) in food processor and pulse 5 times or until finely chopped.
2. Add avocado to food processor and blend until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
3. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with your choice of bread, baked crackers or vegetables.
