Summer Sweet Corn Salad Recipe

Add this sweet corn salad to your summer dinner and add a great crisp flavor to your meal. Serve with your favorite protein and enjoy!


6 ears of Corn, husked and cleaned
3 large Tomatoes, diced
1 large Onion, diced
1/4 cup of Fresh Basil, chopped
1/4 cup of Olive Oil
2 tbsp of White Vinegar
Salt and Pepper


1. Add corn to a large pot of lightly salted water and let cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and use a sharp knife to cut corn kernels off of the cob.

2. Use a large bowl to mix together corn, diced tomatoes and onions, basil, oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Enjoy!
