Dairy-Free Eggnog Recipe

Enjoy the holiday season with this tasty twist on a classic beverage. Share with friends and family at your holiday party.


4 cups Soy Milk
6 ounces Extra-Firm Silkin Tofu
6 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Rum Extract
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground Gloves


1. Add all ingredients to blender and mix on high until smooth and frothy.

2. Serve with a cinnamon stick and a healthy holiday snack!
