1 lb of Salmon Fillets
1/4 to 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
A pinch of Ground Black Pepper
1. Whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Place salmon in a glass baking dish and pour maple syrup mixture on top evenly. Cover dish and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Turn salmon at 15 minute mark.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. When oven is ready, uncover baking dish and place in oven. Let bake for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
4. Pair with your choice of healthy rice dishes and enjoy!
