1 lb. Ground Beef
1 package Corn Tortilla Taco Shells
1 medium Avocado, sliced
1 medium Bell Pepper diced
1 cup Lettuce, chopped
1 medium Tomato, diced
Salsa, as desired
Low-Fat Cheese, shredded
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1. Mix together all ingredients for Taco seasoning and set aside.
2. Over medium heat, brown ground beef in a frying pan. As beef begins to brown sprinkle with taco seasoning and continue to stir until fully brown.
3. Remove beef from heat and drain juice.
4. Build your tacos with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
