A great recipe for a cool day, this hearty vegetable stew will fill up the entire family. Try it at home and enjoy!


1 lb Butternut Squash, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 lb Carrots, peeled and chopped
1 lb Parsnips, peeled and chopped
1 lb Sweet Potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 lb Potatoes, peeled and chopped
2 medium Celery Stalks, chopped
6 cloves Garlic, peeled and thinly sliced
3 cups Vegetable Broth
1 tbsp Sage Leaves, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste


1. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir slowly to combine.

2. Let cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, until all vegetables are tender.

3. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve with rice for a great vegetarian meal!
