2 cups Purple Cabbage, shredded
2 cups Carrots, shredded
3 cups Broccoli, stems removed and chopped
1 medium Red Pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Greek Yogurt, plain, fat-free
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard
2 tbsp Olive Oil
