For breakfast or lunch, this egg white and avocado sandwich offers great taste and nutrition for your diet.

Ingredients:

2 Slices Bread, whole grain
2-3 Pure Egg Whites
1/2 Avocado, mashed
1/4 cup Cheese, shredded (low-fat or non-dairy)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Put sliced bread in toaster.

2. Over low to medium heat, cook egg whites in pan on stove. Egg whites should take 2 to 3 minutes to cook, cover with lid to help cook evenly.

3. Remove egg whites from stove and bread from toaster. Spread mashed avocado on both slices of toasted bread, add egg whites to 1 piece and cheese to the other.

4. Season with salt and pepper as desired, close and cut sandwich.
