This healthy breakfast is easy to make and is a great way to start your day. Try it at home any day of the week!


4 slices Crusty Bread
¼ cup Goat Cheese, crumbled
1 medium Avocado
¼ medium Tomato, diced
pinch Red Pepper Flakes
pinch Sea Salt
drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil


1. Toast bread to desired level.

2. In a bowl combine avocado and tomato, mashing and mixing with a fork.

3. Spread avocado mixture on toast and top with crumbled goat cheese.

4. Drizzle each piece with extra virgin olive oil and add sea salt and red pepper flakes.
