3 medium Bananas
2 cups Spinach
2 cups Coconut Milk, unsweetened
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
⅛ tsp Ground Cardamom
1 piece Fresh Ginger, peeled, ¼ to ½ inch in size


1. Blend together spinach and coconut milk until smooth.

2. Add banana, cinnamon, cardamom and blend again.

3. Add ginger in small pieces and blend to find desired taste and potency.
