• 1 large head Romaine Lettuce, chopped
• 2 lbs. Boiled Shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 medium Avocados, cubed
• 2 cups Grape Tomatoes, sliced
• 2 tbsp. Red Onion, diced


• 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/4 cup Lime Juice
• 1 clove Garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
• Kosher Salt, to taste
• Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Preparation Instructions:

1). In a large bowl, add chopped romaine lettuce, shrimp, tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.

2). In a second bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper.

3). Pour dressing over salad and mix gently to fully coat.
