4 Bananas
1/4 cup Light Agave Nectar
1/2 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1. Peel and slice bananas, place in a large freezer bag and squeeze out all of the air. Lay flat in freezer and leave until firm. At least 6 hours.
2. Using a food processor, puree frozen bananas, 2 tbsp of agave, and 1/4 cup of almond milk until smooth. Spread mixture evenly in an 8-inch freezer-safe container. Cover and place in freezer.
3. In a food processor, add blueberries, 2 tbsp of agave, and 1/4 cup of almond milk. Process until smooth.
4. With a spatula, gently swirl blueberry mixture into banana mixture. Cover and freeze until firm, about 30 minutes. Will store for up to 3 days in air tight container.
