Easy Fruit Smoothie Pops Recipe

Enjoy a cool treat at home with these easy to make fruit smoothie pops. Perfect for children and adults on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

2 cups Fresh Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, and Sliced Bananas, mixed*
2 cups Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
1/4 cup White Sugar
8 small Paper Cups
8 Popsicle Sticks

*Use any combination of fruit you like to make this recipe perfect for you!

Directions:

1. Place fresh fruit, yogurt, and sugar in blender. Cover and blend until fruit has reached your desired consistency.

2. Pour fruit mixture into paper cups, filling 3/4 full. Cover each cup with aluminum foil, then poke a popsicle stick through the center of the foil.

3. Place cups in freezer and allow minimum 5 hours to freeze.

4. To serve, remove from freezer and peel off foil and paper cup. Enjoy!
