1 whole Cooked Ham, bone-in 7lbs
3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar, packed
3/4 cup Honey
1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Apple Juice


1. Coat slow cooker with cooking spray. Remove excess fat and skin from ham and make 1/4 inch deep cuts, 1 inch apart in a diamond pattern. Place ham in prepared slow cooker.

2. Mix honey, mustard, apple juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. Brush mixture over ham.

3. Set slow cooker on low heat for 8 hours and let cook.

4. Remove ham from slow cooker, let rest for 5 minutes. Slice, and enjoy!
