1 lb Fresh Strawberries, stemmed and halved
1/2 cup Fresh Black Grapes
1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
1/2 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
4-6 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1 liter Sparkling Water, chilled in fridge overnight
1. Wash all fruit and add to blender with maple syrup and chilled sparkling water. Blend until completely smooth.
2. Strain fruit punch from blender through mesh to remove skin.
3. Pour punch into pitcher and serve immediately for best results. Add ice and fruit garnish if desired.
